    How great is the distance between China and Germany?
    The foundation is committed to promoting curiosity, communication and understanding between the two sides through reports from both cultures in the fields of media, art, business, science and technology, and to creating a space for finding common ground while respecting differences.
  • Initiative of German Centre Project in Shenyang
    With increasing demands for recognition of German settlement and curious population interested in Germany, the idea of a German Center was born and soon attracted the attention and enthusiasm of the city government.
  • German-Chinese Art Festival
    The “German-Chinese Art Festival” initiated by the Foundation German and Chinese Culture is a project to promote intercultural and artistic exchange between China and Germany as well as Europe in order to deepen the mutual understanding of culture and art.
  • The German-Chinese SME Forum
    On November 27 and 28, the 4th German-Chinese SME Forum and the 13th Taicang Day in Shanghai came to a successful conclusion.
  • IFA 2020
    Until 2020, the Foundation for German and Chinese Culture and the German TVT Media Group have provided high-quality media services to the Berlin exhibition group for five years.

  • Award ceremony for the european shooting stars 2020
    The EUROPEAN SHOOTING STARS 2020 were welcomed to the Berlinale Palast stage by host, Alexander Fehling and presented with the EUROPEAN SHOOTING STARS Award.

  • CE China Medien Center
    11 German exhibitors and manufacturers brought their products to CE China 2019 in Guangzhou, China. Together they are called the German Pavilion, a highlight on CE China, with their orderly booths.

  • Shooting Star 2020
    We are delighted to announce our collaboration with European Film Promotion within their project European Shooting Stars which takes place on an annual basis during the International Berlin Film Festival. In 2020, we will invite film professionals from the Chinese media industry to build networks with actors, directors and producers from Europe.

The “German-Chinese Art Festival” initiated by the Foundation German and Chinese Culture is a project to promote intercultural and artistic exchange between China and Germany as well as Europe in order to deepen the mutual understanding of culture and art.

German-Chinese SEM Forum

During the lectures and at the matchmaking sessions, participants will receive valuable first-hand information and the chance to establish personal contacts with potential business partners, decision-makers and market insiders, as well as to visit current reference projects and companies.

IFA Medien Center

More than a third of the IFA exhibitors come from China and the number is increasing every year. We are commissioned by Messe Berlin to operate a media service center mainly focused on Chinese exhibitors and visitors together with TVT.media.

Over two decades, EFP’s European Shooting Stars promotes and supports Europe’s up and coming acting talent with its initiative. We are delighted to announce our collaboration with EFP within European Shooting Stars during the International Berlin Film Festival.
