With increasingly improvement against COVID-19 pandemic in Germany, the DE-FIN TRUST S.E will start its effective operation from the July 1, 2021. We are incredibly pleased to announce the appointment with Mr. Gen YANG (47), who will join the Board and start our development and cooperation with Greater China.

As a subsidiary of the Foundation of German and Chinese Culture, DE-FIN TRUST S.E. was established in November 2019. As a trust and asset management entity, it undertakes the management and development of foundation assets and will be providing its services in investment and financing for third party enterprises and institutions between Germany and China.

Considering with advice of experts from both countries and according to the ” Opinions on Financial Support for Hainan’s Comprehensive Deepening of Reform and Opening up “, issued by People’s Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Mr Gen YANG will start registration and application such as QFLP – Qualified Foreign Limited Partner for domestic equity investment.

At present, Mr. Gen YANG is preparing cooperation with investment companies and financial institutions from both private and state-owned industries. More information will be announced soon.
