At 4pm, on Sep.6, Stiftung Deutsche und Chinesische Kultur signed Strategic Memorandum of Understanding with China Institute of Communications, and was warmly received by the secretary general of China Institute of Communications, Mr. Zhang Yanchuang, Global Mobile Internet Industry Incubator Center director Mr.Ren Aipeng and deputy director Ms.Ren Peiming.

       Through signing the Strategic Memorandum of Understanding, Stiftung Deutsche und Chinesische Kultur and Chinese Institute of Communications will establish a mechanism for expert dispatch and personnel exchange, regularly hot spot, subject orientated conference in the area of information technology between China and Germany step by step, in order to promote communication and exchange of standardised study, academics and policies regulation in the field of ICT.

       Participants included Mr. Jens Guenther, Manager of the Northern and Eastern Region of the German SME Federation, Mr. Christoph Henseler, Interdisciplinary Institute of the Technical University of Berlin, former CIO of Coca-Cola and Deutsche Telekom, Mr. Pascal Morgan, Media Counsellor of the China-German Cultural Foundation Ms. Katja Anclam, Rexi Business Services GmbH Ms. Zheng Huishu and Ms. Wang Cui, Wu Jie and Peng Fei of China Institute of Communications.
